What February this week: Time is Now!

While January is coming to a close, I know personally my 2014 resolution to loose weight has been thrown out the window. Well not totally out the window, but I’m still a work in progress, because I am wanting to get my body in shape for Spring and Summer time plans. We just have to get serious in February with our goals!

2014Best made plans to be committed in your goals are to make a public statement and commit to a group in being accountable. Here is my commitment: I personally want to lose 20 pounds prior to Summer. Yes, I am committed to this as I am wanting to be ahead of my weigh loss for my Spring and Summer time plans. Ideally, I only need to lose 10 pounds, but I am determined by adding an extra 10 pounds to be at my ideal weight.

With this commitment, I will be putting a group together in February where we can be accountable with others. What are your plans? Are you ready to make the commitment with me?
